Guo Dai Lai & Sandy Bday
On Tuesday Van's family came over for the Guo Dai Lai. This is a Chinese tradition where the groom and his family bring over fruits, food and a Roasted Pig (yum). It wasn't that eventful other then cutting up the pig and it was the second meeting of the parents! Afterwards we gave back the roasted pig's head, tail, arms and leg back to Van's family and half of the items they brought over. I'm not sure what the significance of that was . . . so feel free to comment and let me know :)
