Super Powers

So Van & I the other day had quite an interesting conversation. If you could pick 3 superpowers, which 3 would you pick?

I decided I wanted:
1) Teleportation (would be an awesome way to travel)
2) Invisibility (for when I need some peace/quiet)
3) Ability to talk to Animals (interesting & you could get animals to do your work for you!)

Van wanted:
1) Teleportation (cause you know, if Cynthia teleported me somewhere and disappeared, I'd be stuck)
2) X-Ray Vision (would be good for robbing banks)
3) Regeneration (incase something happens to me)

So, what 3 superpowers would you pick?
