After searching for a month for square envelopes, we decided to make them ourselves. Especially after finding out pricing for some of them. Since we would need roughly 150 envelopes, the cost to purchase 200 was $50 - $70. It just didn't seem worth it.
After 2 hours of searching, I found a site with a mathematical formula on the size the paper would need to be cut. After testing it at home, I think it's definitely doable (especially when you have a GOOD friend that will cut the paper at work eliminating hours of cutting time!). All that needs to be done is gluing and folding.
Things have been busy with my test coming up but I think once that's over, we can start assembling the invitations & envelopes during Christmas season.
Special thanks to Michael who has purchased our invitations paper, envelope paper as my birthday gift! Course buying through his work's corporate account helps the cost alot too (LOL). Now we only have to purchase the coloured paper since his work didn't provide enough variety of colors. Will upload pictures when we get all the paper.
