We decided not to do the Polaroid PoGo idea, as we figured it wouldn't be fair to make our helpers work so many hours while the reception is going on. We want everyone to have fun at the wedding, so we scrapped that idea (and it was costly :P). So the next best idea was the Engagement Guestbook! Each page was individually designed with frustration, anger and of course love (lol). It is the Deluxe Hardcover (15" x 11.5") from mypublisher. Now the templates provided were lovely, but I wanted to add words and different placement and thus began the 2 months of Photoshop trying to perfect this little book. For 33 pages, a book jacket and a 50% coupon, it still came out to $100.00 with the conversion rate & custom duties. It was a bit thinner then I expected, but that was due to my perceptions of all books having lots of pages (I guess we could've paid more, if we really wanted more pages). It turned out great though, the pages are nice and thick (the Deluxe book uses the highest grade of paper), the majority of graphics were clear (the ones that weren't... were my fault, and I knew this going in that it might become a bit blurry), the quality of the book is excellent (except I found a few mistakes I made... darn you photoshop layers...darn you). Overall I would say....factoring the quality and price.... I am 90% happy with this book. The only thing is that it was a big expensive, and I don't think it would have been worth it if there was no coupon. Here is a picture of the outside of the book, I don't want to ruin the inside for everyone :).
