The Cheese Fondue was a blend of white whine and 2 cheeses, the servers there actually serve, where they talk to you while mixing in the ingredients. I don't think we've ever had a server really wait on us like that. The Cheese Fondue was yummy and not as strong as I feared. We were really hungry.... hungry to the point where I forgot to take a picture lol.
The salad was pretty good, but I'm not a salad fan. Hence no picture and not much comment on salads.
The Meat Fondue was excellent! It came with about 10? different sauces and the meat consisted of different cuts of steak, lobster, deer and shrimp. The sauces were good and the server told us what consisted of each sauce (such hard working servers), to the point I couldn't remember any of them. To be quite honest, the meat fondue didn't even need the sauces cause the broth that it was cooked in was so yummy, I wish I had a spoon to drink it. The broth consisted of red wine, bacon..... and that's pretty much all I remember! Here's some pictures!

Now onto dessert. So I was definately curious as to how they would serve a White Chocolate Creme Brulee via fondue style. Well they had the white chocolate and then put the granilized sugar on top and flamed it to get the crispiness. Then they gave us a tray of cakes and fruits for dipping. I loved the crispy sugar while dipping and it was the best course of the night.
All in all Melting Pot was a great experience! Though some people may call it glorified hot pot (like I did), it definately is much tastier! I would definately go again but not anytime soon as it put quite a dent in our wallets and the 2 hour dinner was a bit long. It did inspire us to try and do the cheese fondue at home! Happy Eating!
