I am on week 5 right now and I look like I have the chicken pox's with bumps on my whole torso, my back, my left arm and some on my left leg

Well, what have I learned about this rash?
1) It is non-contagious
2) There is no known cause for it
3) There is no treatment for it, just to let it run it's course
4) It typically lasts 6-8 weeks but can stay for several months
5) hot water seems to make it spread
6) exercise/sweat cause the rash to multiply like crazy for me
7) perfumed fragrances will drive you mad cause it increases the itchiness (ie. avoid Sandy's hand soap)
I've read online that UV lights help speed up the healing and some people have success with tanning beds. I'm thinking if by the end of March I may start tanning as a last resort.
Wish me luck, cause my coworker had it for 6 months . . . :(
